Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Tuvlo. They are suitable for TestFlight and App Store Connect. Have qualified counsel review before a broad consumer launch if needed for your markets.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tuvlo, provided by Skymesh LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Tuvlo helps families track routines, missions, rewards, and related progress. Parent Mode and Kid Mode are features of one app. Core features are intended to work without a paid subscription. Optional Family Premium features may be offered for purchase.

2. Accounts and devices

Tuvlo may work fully on-device. If you enable Family Sync, you agree to use Apple iCloud under Apple’s terms and to only link devices you are authorized to manage. Device link codes are for your household, not for public sharing.

3. Parental responsibility

You represent that you are a parent/guardian (or have authority) for any child profiles you create. You are responsible for PIN protection, approvals, rewards you grant, and content (including photos) you add.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt Sync, reverse engineer in violation of law, or use Tuvlo to harm or shame a child. Competition and sharing features, when used, should stay within your family / consented circle.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium purchases, if available, are billed by Apple. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation follow Apple’s App Store rules and your Apple ID subscription settings. Free features remain available without Premium unless we clearly change the free tier and disclose that change.

6. Intellectual property

Tuvlo, its branding, and its original content are owned by Skymesh LLC or licensors. You retain rights to the family content you create (names, photos, tasks) subject to these Terms and the license needed to operate the app on your devices / iCloud.

7. Disclaimers

Tuvlo is provided “as is.” It is a family organization tool, not medical, educational, or financial advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Sync or that habits will improve.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skymesh LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases limits apply only as allowed.

9. Termination

You may stop using Tuvlo at any time by deleting the app and related data. We may stop offering the app or Premium features with reasonable notice where required.
