Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Tuvlo handles information. It is suitable for TestFlight and App Store Connect. For a public consumer launch, have qualified counsel review any children’s-privacy specifics for your markets.

Tuvlo (“we,” “the app”) is a family habit app for parents/guardians and children, built by Skymesh LLC. It is designed to be local-first and privacy-conscious.

1. Who the app is for

Tuvlo is intended for families. Parents or guardians create and manage child profiles (for example, a display name like “Kylie”). Children should not need an email address, phone number, or public username to use Kid Mode.

2. Information the app stores

Depending on how you use Tuvlo, the app may store on device:

• Parent display name and optional profile photo
• Child display names, optional photos, colors, tasks, completions, Coins/XP, rewards, claims, wishes, world placements, and related family activity
• Parent PIN for exiting Kid Mode (stored locally on the device)
• Settings such as theme, reminders, and device link preferences
• If you turn on Family Sync, family ledger data may sync through Apple iCloud / CloudKit associated with the Apple ID signed into the device

We do not operate a social feed, advertising network, or stranger discovery features.

3. Photos

Photos you add for profiles are stored in the app’s local documents area on the device. If Sync is enabled, synced data follows Apple’s iCloud handling for that Apple ID. Do not upload photos you are not allowed to use. Future optional photo-proof features (if added) will be described here before they ship and will remain parent-controlled.

4. Children’s privacy

Tuvlo is meant for family use under parental control. Parents control child profiles, approvals, and Kid Mode access. We aim to avoid collecting more from children than is needed for the product. If you enable Sync, use an Apple ID / Family arrangement you control.

5. Purchases

Optional Family Premium purchases (if offered) are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card number. Purchase status may be checked via StoreKit entitlements on device.

6. Analytics and ads

The current Tuvlo build does not include third-party advertising SDKs or ad-based Coin grants. If first-party product analytics are added later, they will be described in an updated policy and will not be used to build advertising profiles of children.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Household reports you export/share are created by you and sent through the share sheet you choose (for example Messages or Mail). You control those recipients.

8. Data retention and deletion

Local data remains until you delete it in the app (Account → Delete all family data), remove a child profile, delete the app, or clear device storage. Account → Delete all family data removes kids, missions, rewards, World placements, photos, PIN, and related local settings on this device. It does not cancel an App Store subscription — manage or cancel Premium in your Apple ID subscription settings. If you use iCloud Sync, deleted records should sync as deletions when online; you can also manage iCloud data through Apple’s account settings.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
