Data We Collect
Solilo stores your voice recordings, transcripts, notes, and photos on your device. If you sign in, we use Firebase for authentication. With a Pro subscription, transcriptions may be processed in the cloud for improved accuracy.
How We Use Your Data
Your recordings and notes are used only to provide the app’s features: transcription, organization, and AI-assisted suggestions. We do not sell your data. Cloud processing (when enabled) is used solely for transcription and is not used for advertising or third-party sharing.
Storage & Sync
Data is stored locally on your device. Account information (email, profile) is managed by Firebase. You can sign out or delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your authentication account. Local app data on your device is not automatically deleted; you can remove the app to clear local data.
